It was a good run, but Skidmore-Tynan unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-match winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Agua Dulce Longhorns by a score of 3-2. The Bobcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Longhorns earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Skidmore-Tynan's loss dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Agua Dulce, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Skidmore-Tynan is set to face off against their familiar foe Three Rivers at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Agua Dulce will take on rival Woodsboro at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
