USC and Notre Dame will continue their storied college football rivalry Saturday in South Bend.

The powerhouse programs are also in a battle off the field for star wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown of No. 1-ranked Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.). 247Sports has the SoCal playmaker pegged as the No. 11 overall prospect in the Class of 2018.

Mater Dei improved to 8-0 on Friday with a 45-3 win over JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano), getting an unbelievable 89-yard punt return for a touchdown from St. Brown.

As seen in the video above, JSerra Catholic does a commendable job of placing a punt only for the ball to take a fortuitous bounce into the hands of St. Brown, who takes care of the rest in spectacular fashion.

The  247Sports Crystal Ball has USC (46 percent) and Notre Dame (38 percent) in the lead for St. Brown's services. It should be noted that older brother Equanimeious is a junior wide receiver for the Fighting Irish.
