Football Recap: Beach Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a hard 38-20 fall against the New Salem Holsteins. If the Buccaneers were looking for revenge after losing 44-6 to the Holsteins when the teams met back in September of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Beach's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for New Salem, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Beach is set to square off against their familiar foe Mott-Regent/New England on Friday. Meanwhile, New Salem will face off against rival Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig]/Flasher on Friday.
