Recap: North Brunswick North Brunswick Raiders vs. Elizabeth Minutemen
The North Brunswick North Brunswick Raiders suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Thursday. They had to suffer through a rough 72-39 loss at the hands of Elizabeth. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points North Brunswick has scored all season.
London Carson was his usual excellent self, scoring 17 points along with six rebounds and four steals for Elizabeth. Carson hasn't dropped below 15points for six straight games. Cameron Mcrae was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with two steals.
North Brunswick's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Elizabeth, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-2.
North Brunswick will head out on the road to face off against Woodbridge at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in New Jersey (Woodbridge is ranked 127th, while North Brunswick is ranked 113th). As for Elizabeth, they will be playing at home against Union at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
