After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Guilderland, Albany was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Cohoes Tigers by a score of 8-5. The Falcons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Albany's record is now 5-10. As for Cohoes, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-8 record.

Coming up, Albany will challenge Bethlehem Central at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cohoes, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against La Salle Institute at 4:30 p.m. The Cadets' pitching crew has only allowed 1.5 runs per game this season, so the Tigers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
