Basketball Recap: Bishop Montgomery Takes a Loss

Bishop Montgomery was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 80-66 fall against the St. Anthony Saints. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-56 on January 6th.

Bishop Montgomery's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for St. Anthony, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-6.

Bishop Montgomery will head out to challenge St. Monica at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in St. Monica's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games. As for St. Anthony, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Bernard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
