Cheney Tech's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They snuck past the Wolcott RVT Wildcats with a 33-29 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Chargers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Cheney Tech's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trinity Hazel, who posted 12 points and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Janilla Hanson, who earned four points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals.
