Basketball Recap: South Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact South can now relate to. They were outmatched by the Laramie Plainsmen and fell 67-36. The defeat leaves the Bison still looking for their first win of the season.

Laramie got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Izzi Mcintyre out in front who posted 13 points. Mcintyre continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Riley Lake was another key player, putting up 11 points and seven boards.

South's loss dropped their record down to 0-21. As for Laramie, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-12.

As of now, neither South nor Laramie have any future games scheduled.
