Volleyball Game Preview: Canyon Springs Pioneers vs. Boulder City Eagles

Canyon Springs is 0-3 against Boulder City since March of 2024 but things could change on Wednesday. The Pioneers will be playing at home against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m.

Canyon Springs is headed into Wednesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 20th straight game dating back to last season last Monday. They came up short against Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 25-6.

Meanwhile, Boulder City waltzed into their game on Monday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Warriors 3-0. The Eagles not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 16th (when they won 3-0).

Boulder City not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Western between 15 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-15, 25-18.

Boulder City's win bumped their record up to 26-8. As for Canyon Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 0-17.
