Basketball Recap: Concord Comes Up Short

Concord was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 70-34 loss at the hands of the Goffstown Grizzlies. The Crimson Tide lost against the Grizzlies in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 71-69 score last time.

Concord's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Goffstown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concord will square off against Merrimack at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Goffstown, they will challenge Londonderry at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
