Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Bryson walked away with it. They managed a 51-47 victory over the Ector Eagles on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Cowboys as they're now sitting on four straight.

Bryson pushed their record up to 26-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points over those games. As for Ector, their loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 23-10.

Coming up, Bryson will challenge Sidney on Monday. Sidney will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Bryson surely won't give up without a fight. Ector does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
