Volleyball Recap: West Field Starts Season with Win Against Davis + How To Watch

West Field had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Davis Darts on Tuesday.

West Field's got stronger as the match went on, holding Davis to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 25-11.

Davis lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Claire Shupe, who had 11 assists and six digs.

Davis dropped their record down to 1-2 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, West Field will host Weber at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Davis, they are taking a road trip to take on Viewmont at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
