Football Recap: Fairfield Prep Takes Down Ranked West Haven + How To Watch

Fairfield Prep faced West Haven in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Jesuits sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 17-14 victory over the Blue Devils. This was payback for the Jesuits, who suffered a 42-7 loss the last time these two teams met.

Although West Haven took the loss, they still got scores from Trew Kitson and Aaron Johnson.

The win was the fourth in a row for Fairfield Prep, bringing their record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 28.0 points over those games. As for West Haven, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-2.
