Hempfield Area put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Butler Golden Tornado 14-4. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 18-0 victory on Thursday.

Claire Mitchell was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played. Hailey Uhrinek also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

Hempfield Area always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .548. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .500 or higher in five consecutive matches.
