Basketball Recap: Copan Has No Trouble Against Foyil

Copan's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They took down the Foyil Panthers 45-29. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 42-39 back in December of 2024.

Copan has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Foyil, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Copan will venture away from home to challenge Barnsdall at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Barnsdall will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Copan surely won't give up without a fight. As for Foyil, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Foyil Panthers challenge the Welch Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
