After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Clovis, Hobbs was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls as they made off with a 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Cavemen/Cavegirls back in October, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Hobbs never let Carlsbad on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 26-24, 25-21.

Hobbs pushed their record up to 9-14 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Carlsbad, their loss dropped their record down to 6-16.

As of now, neither Hobbs nor the Cavemen/Cavegirls have any future games scheduled.
