Basketball Game Preview: Giles Spartans vs. Grayson County Blue Devils

Giles is 1-8 against Grayson County since December of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Spartans just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Wednesday, Giles came up short against Galax and fell 52-39.

Meanwhile, Grayson County ended up a good deal behind Auburn on Monday and lost 52-35. The matchup marked the Blue Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Grayson County's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Giles, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.
