Volleyball Recap: Pima Roughriders vs. Chandler Prep Titans
If Pima was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Globe last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Roughriders fell 3-1 to the Chandler Prep Titans on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Roughriders of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-23, 18-25, 25-17.
Morgan Russell paced Pima's offense, picking up seven kills. Russell got some help from Demi Derrick and her eight assists. Maddi Dwyer and Grace Napier kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.
