Football Recap: Cornerstone Charter Academy Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins at Home + How To Watch

Cornerstone Charter Academy dropped to 3-2 on Friday, ending the team's five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season. They came up short against the Lake Highland Prep Highlanders, falling 42-19. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Ducks, who until this game were averaging 15 points allowed.

Even if they lost, Cornerstone Charter Academy's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Easton Wolfgramm, Dale Smith, and Gavin Leahy, who each picked up one sack apiece.

As for Lake Highland Prep, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 49-14 loss against Mount Dora on the 26th.
