Softball Recap: Littlefield Wildcats vs. Shallowater Mustangs

After flying high against Dimmitt last Wednesday, Littlefield came back down to earth. The Littlefield Wildcats lost 14-2 to the Shallowater Mustangs on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wildcats have suffered since April 24, 2024.

Natalia Sanchez put in work while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching six innings while giving up just two earned (and six unearned) runs off nine hits.
