Basketball Recap: Washington County Comes Up Short

Washington County lost against Bullitt East back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Washington County Commanders were dealt a 61-24 defeat at the hands of the Bullitt East Chargers. The Commanders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Washington County's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Bullitt East, they pushed their record up to 10-8 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Washington County has already played their next match, a 70-21 defeat against Bethlehem on the 4th. Bullitt East has also already played their next contest (against Elizabethtown), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
