West Burlington entered their tilt with New London on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Tigers 11-2. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

West Burlington's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-5. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for New London, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

West Burlington wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 11-3 loss against Pleasant Valley on the 14th. As for New London, they will square off against Hillcrest Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
