Baseball Game Preview: Weyauwega-Fremont Warhawks vs. Menominee Indian Eagles

The Weyauwega-Fremont Warhawks will face off against the Menominee Indian Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Weyauwega-Fremont fell victim to Wittenberg-Birnamwood and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 10-0 to the Chargers. The loss continues a trend for the Warhawks in their meetings with the Chargers: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, Menominee Indian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Shiocton, falling 13-2.

Menominee Indian saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Quinn Olson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Weyauwega-Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Menominee Indian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.
