Baseball Recap: Wakefield Takes a Loss

Wakefield lost to McLean on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warriors fell 9-5 to the Highlanders. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sam Graf was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with two runs and two RBI.

Wakefield's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for McLean, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Looking ahead, Wakefield will square off against Alexandria City at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for McLean, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Herndon at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
