Basketball Recap: Austwell-Tivoli Takes a Loss

Austwell-Tivoli was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Waelder Wildcats, falling 60-39. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-30 back in January.

Austwell-Tivoli's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Waelder, their victory bumped their record up to 7-21.

Austwell-Tivoli does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Waelder, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Wildcats duke it out with the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
