Basketball Recap: Rocky Boy Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Rocky Boy can now relate to. They were dealt an 87-60 defeat at the hands of the Malta Mustangs on Thursday. The Northern Stars haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Rocky Boy's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Malta, the victory (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 19-3.

Rocky Boy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-51 win against Poplar on the 6th. As for Malta, they have also already played their next game, a 58-53 victory against Conrad on the 6th.
