Windsor Academy had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They escaped with a win on Tuesday against Fullington Academy by the margin of a single free throw, 53-52.
Meanwhile, Strong Rock Christian put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 53-41 victory over Mount de Sales Academy.
It was another big night for Zack Phillips, who scored 21 points. The contest was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Nate Andrews, who scored 8 points along with 9 rebounds.
Windsor Academy's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Strong Rock Christian, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.
