Chaparral entered their tilt with Mountain Pointe on Monday with nine consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with ten. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pride. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on September 5th.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Chaparral was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-8, 25-10.

Amirah Rankin and Katherine Levin certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Rankin had 39 assists and three digs, while Levin had 26 assists and two aces.

Chaparral's victory bumped their record up to 18-1. As for Mountain Pointe, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

Coincidentally, Chaparral and Mountain Pointe will both be playing Horizon the next time they take the court. The Pride will host the Huskies at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Firebirds will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
