Softball Preview: Mount View Golden Knights vs. Phelps Hornets
The Mount View Golden Knights are taking a road trip to square off against the Phelps Hornets at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams were dealt some close losses in their previous games and are determined not to let this one get away.
Mount View easily dispatched Van on Monday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. At the plate, Malayah Barnes was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
