Highland Springs fell victim to Atlee and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 7-0 to the Raiders. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Springers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

The home team had come away the winner the last seven times Maggie Walker and Godwin had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. Maggie Walker came up short against Godwin on Tuesday, falling 22-2.

Lewis Dunn was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one double.

Highland Springs now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Maggie Walker, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
