Basketball Recap: Wethersfield Takes a Loss

Wethersfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by the Orion Chargers and fell 62-25. The Flying Geese were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-11.

Wethersfield's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Orion, they pushed their record up to 20-5 with the victory, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wethersfield has already played their next match (against Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge]), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Orion has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Farmington.
