Football Recap: Queen Creek Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with Centennial + How To Watch

Queen Creek faced Centennial in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Bulldogs lost 28-7 to the Coyotes. Having soared to a lofty 36 points in the game before, the Bulldogs couldn't push the score so high this time.

Sawyer Hales threw for 178 yards and one TD. Kayden Kellogg was his top target, picking up 63 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Jaron Liles rushed for 74 yards.

Titus Hill continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Centennial, throwing for 268 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Having lost for the first time this season, Queen Creek fell to 3-1. As for Centennial, their win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.
