Football Recap: Waco Lions vs. Ellison Eagles
Friday just wasn't the day for Waco's offense. They took a blow against the Ellison Eagles on Friday, falling 40-0. Waco will take on University at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. University is coming into the contest with four straight victories at home, so Waco will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum. As for Ellison, they will face off against Brenham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Brenham knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past seven matches -- so hopefully Ellison likes a good challenge.
