Volleyball Recap: College Station Takes a Loss

College Station was the 3-1 winner over Seven Lakes when they last played one another back in August of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars fell 2-0 to the Spartans on Friday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Seven Lakes to victory, but perhaps none more so than Keira Do, who had 12 assists and seven digs. Do has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more assists the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Megan Chapman, who had eight digs and one assist.

College Station's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Seven Lakes, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Coming up, College Station will welcome Fairfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seven Lakes, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Bridgeland on the 15th.
