Basketball Recap: Sealy Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Sealy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They took down the Royal Falcons 67-49 on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 60-45 back in December of 2024.

Sealy pushed their record up to 18-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Royal, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Sealy will head out to square off against Stafford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Royal, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Fort Bend Willowridge at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th.
