Baseball Recap: South Garland Comes Up Short

South Garland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They came up short against the Naaman Forest Rangers, falling 14-3. If the Titans were looking for revenge after losing 14-7 to the Rangers when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

JONATHAN CENTENO made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles and one RBI. That RBI was his first of the season.

South Garland's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Naaman Forest, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-12-1.

While South Garland had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
