Volleyball Recap: Anderson Trojans vs. A&M Consolidated Tigers
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Anderson can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the A&M Consolidated Tigers on Thursday. The Trojans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2016.
A&M Consolidated can attribute much of their success to Presley Johnson, who had 15 digs and four assists.
Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 26-12. As for A&M Consolidated, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 35-9 record this season.
Anderson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for A&M Consolidated, they will face off against College Station on Monday.
