Football Game Preview: Moorestown Quakers vs. Robbinsville Ravens

The Moorestown Quakers will face off against the Robbinsville Ravens at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Moorestown is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Steinert on Saturday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Quakers came up short against the Spartans, falling 41-15. The Quakers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-0.

Moorestown didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Max Cevallos and Brody Kelly.

Meanwhile, Robbinsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 27-7 to Bordentown. The last quarter was a mere formality, since the game's final score was reached by the end of the third quarter.

Moorestown's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Robbinsville, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Moorestown took their win against Robbinsville in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 36-13 score. Will the Quakers repeat their success, or do the Ravens have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
