Soccer Recap: Southmoore Takes a Loss

Southmoore was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Piedmont Wildcats.

Southmoore's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Piedmont, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Coming up, Southmoore will square off against Edmond Santa Fe at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give Southmoore their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Piedmont, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Jenks at 6:00 p.m. Jenks' last five matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
