After both having extra time off, the Mater Dei Knights and the Edwardsville Tigers will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Mater Dei will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
Mater Dei is returning to their home court after beating Althoff Catholic on theirs, despite the fact Althoff Catholic has dominated at home this season. The Knights came out on top against the Crusaders by a score of 2-0 on Monday.
Mater Dei easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-19.
