Baseball Recap: Catoctin Comes Up Short

If Catoctin was riding high fresh off their 12-0 takedown of Walkersville on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cougars fell just short of the Boonsboro Warriors by a score of 13-11 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Cougars have suffered since March 31st.

Catoctin has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Boonsboro, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-11.
