Loveland extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Jackson Gebhardt. The Red Wolves sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 17-14 victory over the Poudre Impalas on Friday thanks in part to Gebhardt, who rushed for 130 yards and a pair of scores. He is becoming a predictor of Loveland's success: when he posts at least 80 rushing yards the team is 4-2 (and 1-3 when he doesn't).

Deon Christopher also made an appearance on special teams (luckily for Loveland): his a 46-yard strike wound up winning them the game. Christopher also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making four total tackles and defending one pass.

The win got Loveland back to even at 5-5. As for Poudre, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Coming up, Loveland will take on Mesa Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Poudre does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
