Boise had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Centennial on Tuesday. The Brave blew past the Patriots 3-0. The Brave were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Patriots, so the Brave were just returning the favor.

Boise walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20, 25-14.

Kya Hueth paced Boise's offense, picking up 13 kills. Hueth got some help from Kamryn Newberry and her 20 assists. Kylie Wong controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Boise is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season. As for Centennial, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-19.
