            Softball Recap: Williamson Warriors vs. Northeast Bradford Panthers        
        
		
        
        
            If Williamson was riding high  fresh off their  8-2 takedown of Wyalusing Valley on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors fell  12-7 to the Northeast Bradford Panthers on Thursday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
  Joelie Stephens and  Lexi Smalley did some serious damage despite the final result:  Stephens  went 1-for-4 with three  RBI and one  run, while  Smalley  got on base  in three of her four plate appearances with two  runs.
Williamson has also been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record  this season. As for Northeast Bradford, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.
 Williamson didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  15-0  victory against Sayre on the 29th. As for Northeast Bradford, they have also already played their next game,  a  12-0  win against Canton on the 30th.
