It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. Charles North can now relate to. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Elgin Storm on Wednesday. The North Stars' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

St. Charles North's loss dropped their record down to 22-10. As for South Elgin, the win was the 19th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 29-4.
