Holland Patent had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They secured a 68-64 W over the Central Valley Academy Thunder. This was a revenge game for the Golden Knights: when they faced off against the Thunder back in December of 2024, they had to take a 85-71 loss.

Central Valley Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Logan Judd, who went 5 of 10 en route to 13 points and three blocks. The dominant performance gave Judd a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Calvin Jacquays, who posted 18 points.

Holland Patent's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.5 points per game. As for Central Valley Academy, they moved to 11-4 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
