Basketball Recap: Beallsville Takes a Loss

Beallsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Conotton Valley Rockets, falling 51-19. The matchup marked the Blue Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Beallsville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Conotton Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 3-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beallsville will venture away from home to square off against Frontier at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Frontier is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.8 points per game this season. As for Conotton Valley, they are taking a road trip to take on Buckeye Trail at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Buckeye Trail will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Conotton Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
