Basketball Recap: Seckman's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Seckman had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They blew past the Rockwood Summit Falcons 69-46. Given the Jaguars' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 104th, while the Falcons are ranked 241st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Seckman pushed their record up to 14-7 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points over those games. As for Rockwood Summit, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.

Seckman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rockwood Summit, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 55-46 victory against Hazelwood West on the 28th.
