Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Twin Peaks Classical Academy). They breezed past the Rocky Mountain Lutheran Eagles to the tune of 89-49 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Timberwolves.

Twin Peaks Classical Academy found their leader in sophomore Matthew Wurth, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 15 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Wurth has scored all season. Jace Ross was another key player, going 7-for-13 on his way to 20 points along with six boards and four steals.

Twin Peaks Classical Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 14 consecutive matches.

Despite the defeat, Rocky Mountain Lutheran saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Abraham Rivas posted 20 points and five rebounds. Blake Harris also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Twin Peaks Classical Academy's record is now 13-8. As for Rocky Mountain Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.

Looking ahead, Twin Peaks Classical Academy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Aurora West College Prep Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Twin Peaks Classical Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.3 points per game this season. As for Rocky Mountain Lutheran, they will challenge Elbert at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
