Mj Stackhouse leads Indian Trail to victory over Racine Park

Recap: Indian Trail Hawks vs. Racine Park Panthers

Even though the Racine Park Panthers scored an imposing 64 points on Tuesday, the Indian Trail Hawks still came out on top. Indian Trail managed a 68-64 victory over Racine Park. The win was all the more spectacular given Indian Trail's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 213th, while Racine Park is ranked 94th).

Mj Stackhouse was his usual excellent self, shooting 4-for-7 from downtown and dropping a double-double on 38 points and 17 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Indian Trail's points. Silas Bolton was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with two steals.

Indian Trail now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Racine Park, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season.

Indian Trail will head out on the road to take on Kenosha Tremper at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kenosha Tremper is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Racine Park will take on Franklin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Franklin is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
